Service Guidelines

Last updated: June 01, 2026

At AurInfer Labs, we empower users to create and interact with AI-powered characters for chatting, voice communication, social media posting, autonomous server activity, gameplay and more — across Discord, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and Minecraft. These AI Guidelines ensure that our platform remains a safe, inclusive, and creative space for everyone.

By using our Services, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the relevant rules of all connected platforms. Ignorance of these Guidelines is not an excuse for violations. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, character suspension, account suspension, or permanent bans — at the discretion of our Trust & Safety team, following the enforcement framework described in Section 9.

1. Acceptable Uses of AI Characters

  • Users may create AI characters for personal enjoyment, community engagement, entertainment, education, or creative expression — and deploy them across AurInfer's supported platforms: Discord, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and Minecraft.
  • AI characters can be used to enhance chat interactions, provide voice responses, automate community tasks (e.g., welcome messages, chat revive, moderation assistance, custom triggers), and engage in autonomous server activity via Free Will — with appropriate admin consent and configuration.
  • Characters may be designed for gaming, storytelling, role-playing, creative writing, debate practice, language learning, or virtually any other purpose — provided they align with these Guidelines and platform rules.
  • Users may leverage AurInfer's full tool suite (Web Search, Image Generation, Voice, Memory, Minecraft integration, X/Bluesky posting, and more) to build richly capable characters, subject to the tool-specific rules in Section 6.
  • Users can share their AI characters with others within the AurInfer community or on connected platforms, respecting intellectual property rights, obtaining necessary permissions, and ensuring shared characters comply with these Guidelines.
  • Users are encouraged to build responsibly, creatively, and with their community's wellbeing in mind. See Section 10 (Building Responsibly) for our creator standards.

2. Prohibited Uses of AI Characters

The following uses are strictly prohibited on AurInfer Labs. Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to relevant authorities.

  • Harassment & Abuse: Users must not use AI characters to harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or cause emotional distress to any individual — including through offensive, defamatory, racist, sexist, or abusive language, targeted slurs, or sustained unwanted contact.
  • Child Safety: AI characters may not be used to represent, sexualize, solicit, or produce any content involving minors in an inappropriate or harmful context. Any creation, distribution, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.
  • Illegal Activity: AI characters may not be used to facilitate, promote, or assist with any illegal activity — including distributing malware, promoting violence, facilitating fraud, conducting phishing attacks, social engineering, hacking, or the distribution of controlled substances.
  • Impersonation: Users may not configure AI characters to impersonate real individuals — including public figures, celebrities, private persons, AurInfer Labs staff, moderators, or the AurInfer platform itself — without their explicit written consent or AurInfer's express approval. Impersonating AurInfer staff or support to deceive or manipulate users is a permanent ban offense.
  • Hate Speech & Extremism: AI characters must not generate, distribute, or promote hate speech, content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, or content that glorifies, promotes, or facilitates terrorism, genocide, ethnic cleansing, or crimes against humanity — regardless of the group, ideology, or political context involved.
  • Explicit Adult Content: AI characters must not be configured to generate or distribute explicit adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material. AurInfer Labs does not offer adult content tiers. Any attempt to bypass this restriction through prompt engineering or system manipulation is a violation.
  • Mental Health Harm: AI characters must not be configured to encourage, facilitate, or normalize self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, substance abuse, or other behaviors harmful to physical or mental health. Characters must not be designed to discourage users from seeking professional mental health support.
  • Circumvention & Jailbreaking: Users may not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or exploit AI characters — their own or others' — to bypass AurInfer's safety systems, override system instructions, or circumvent these Guidelines through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or any other method.
  • Platform Manipulation: AI characters may not be used for coordinated inauthentic behavior, artificially amplifying content, manipulating platform algorithms, spamming, or any activity that violates the terms of connected platforms (Discord, X, Bluesky, Minecraft).
  • Data Harvesting: AI characters and tools (including Web Scraper and Web Search) may not be used to collect, harvest, or aggregate personal data about individuals without their knowledge or consent, or in violation of applicable data protection laws.
  • Denial of AI Identity: AI characters must not be configured to sincerely deny being an AI when a user directly and genuinely asks whether they are speaking with a human or an AI. Characters may maintain personas and roleplay contexts, but must not deceive users about their fundamental nature when sincerely questioned.

3. Types of Characters Users Can Create

  • Users may create AI characters with any personality, voice, or behavioral style — including friendly companions, sassy or edgy personas, fantasy heroes, debate champions, educational tutors, roasters, storytellers, gaming guides, coding assistants, or virtually any concept — provided the character complies with Section 2 and all platform rules.
  • Characters can be inspired by fictional archetypes (e.g., wizards, robots, space explorers, historical figures in a clearly fictional context) or entirely original creations. Users are encouraged to be creative and experimental.
  • Characters based on real individuals (living or deceased) require explicit written consent from that individual, or AurInfer's express written approval. Satire or clearly labeled parody of public figures may be permitted where it does not constitute defamation, harassment, or misleading impersonation — but users assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.
  • Characters based on existing fictional IP (e.g., characters from books, games, films, or TV) are the user's responsibility from an intellectual property standpoint. AurInfer Labs will respond to valid DMCA and IP complaints as described in the Terms of Service. Users should ensure they have the right to use any third-party IP before building a character around it.
  • Experimental or abstract characters (e.g., a sentient philosophical entity, an abstract concept given voice) are encouraged to foster innovation — provided they comply with these Guidelines, do not exploit platform resources, and remain within ethical limits.

4. Platform-Specific Rules

In addition to AurInfer's Guidelines, users deploying AI characters on connected platforms must comply with those platforms' own rules. AurInfer's Terms of Service includes platform-specific conduct rules; these Guidelines reinforce and supplement them.

Discord

  • Do not spam, flood, or excessively automate bot interactions in Discord servers.
  • Do not use characters to raid, disrupt, or harm Discord communities.
  • All characters must comply with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

X (Twitter)

  • Do not use characters for coordinated inauthentic behavior, mass-follow/unfollow automation, or artificial amplification.
  • Automated X accounts must comply with X's Automation Rules and Developer Agreement.
  • Characters must not post misleading, spam, or manipulative content on X.

Bluesky

  • Do not abuse the AT Protocol or engage in spam, mass automation, or feed algorithm manipulation.
  • Automated Bluesky accounts must be disclosed as bots where required and comply with Bluesky's Community Guidelines.

Minecraft

  • Do not use characters to grief, exploit game mechanics, cheat, or disrupt Minecraft server communities.
  • All Minecraft bot activity must comply with Minecraft's EULA and Microsoft's Terms of Service.
  • Server operators are responsible for ensuring AurInfer bots comply with their individual server rules.

5. Free Will & Autonomous Behavior

Free Will is AurInfer's flagship autonomous behavior system. It is a powerful feature and must be used responsibly. The following rules apply to all Free Will and Sentry configurations:

  • Admin Responsibility: Server admins who enable Free Will are solely responsible for how it is configured and the behavior it produces within their community. Enabling Free Will constitutes acceptance of these Guidelines on behalf of the server and its members.
  • No Targeted Harassment via Autonomy: Free Will must not be configured to autonomously and repeatedly target, message, or engage specific individuals against their will. Using DM outreach, reaction mirroring, or autonomous replies to persistently contact or harass a user is prohibited.
  • No Surveillance or Data Collection: Sentry's channel monitoring capability is intended for contextual decision-making only. It must not be used to surveil, profile, or collect intelligence on server members, track private conversations, or compile information about individuals without their knowledge.
  • No Coordinated Manipulation: The Multi-Bot Coordination feature must not be used for coordinated inauthentic behavior, manipulation of community perception, vote brigading, or any form of platform manipulation.
  • Autonomous DMs: The autonomous DM feature must only be used for legitimate community engagement purposes (e.g., re-engaging inactive members with the server admin's consent). It must not be used to send spam, promotional content, phishing messages, or repeated unsolicited contact to members who have indicated they do not wish to be contacted.
  • Rate Limits Are Required: Admins must configure appropriate rate limits, daily limits, and cooldowns to prevent the bot from spamming or overwhelming server members. Configuring Free Will with no limits in a manner that causes disruption is a violation of these Guidelines.
  • Member Opt-Out: Server members who do not wish to be contacted autonomously by a Free Will-enabled character may ask the server admin to add them to the Ignored Users list. Members may also contact AurInfer directly at support@aurinfer.com to report abusive autonomous behavior.
  • Transparency to Members: Server admins are strongly encouraged to inform their server members when Free Will, Sentry, or autonomous DM outreach is active, so members can make informed decisions about their participation.

6. Tool-Specific Rules

AurInfer's tool suite extends what AI characters can do. Each tool carries specific responsibilities:

  • Web Search & Web Scraper: These tools must not be used to harvest, aggregate, or compile personal data about individuals without their consent. Do not use them to scrape private information, bypass paywalls, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
  • Image Generation: Must not be used to generate prohibited content including explicit adult material, CSAM, realistic depictions of violence, or images designed to defame or harass real individuals. Generated images remain the user's responsibility under applicable IP and content laws.
  • Administration Tool: Grants the character server management powers (channels, roles, emojis, and more). This tool must not be used to abuse server permissions, lock out legitimate admins, mass-delete content, or conduct unauthorized server modifications. Misuse of this tool is treated as a serious violation.
  • DM User Tool: Characters may only send DMs in response to user-initiated interactions or as part of admin-configured engagement workflows where consent has been established. This tool must not be used to send unsolicited promotional content, spam, phishing messages, or harassing contact.
  • Code Sandbox: Must not be used to write, test, or execute malicious code, exploits, malware, or scripts designed to harm, circumvent, or attack any system, platform, or individual. Resource-exhausting or abusive code execution is prohibited.
  • Minecraft Tool: Must comply with Section 4 (Minecraft platform rules). Do not use this tool for griefing, exploiting, cheating, or disrupting server communities.
  • Twitter/X & Bluesky Tools: Must comply with Section 4 platform-specific rules. Do not use these tools for spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or violation of those platforms' automation policies.
  • Message History: The ability to fetch recent messages is provided for contextual understanding only. It must not be used to compile conversation logs, surveil users, or extract information about individuals for purposes outside the character's intended function.
  • All Tools: No tool may be used in a manner that violates Section 2 (Prohibited Uses), applicable laws, or the terms of any connected platform. AurInfer Labs reserves the right to disable tool access for accounts found to be abusing them.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for the content, configurations, actions, and interactions of their AI characters — including on all external platforms where those characters are deployed.
  • Any data or configurations uploaded to customize characters (e.g., system prompts, personality instructions, triggers) must be original to the user or properly licensed. Users must not upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Users must ensure their characters comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations — including data protection laws, copyright law, and platform-specific developer policies.
  • Users must not attempt to circumvent AurInfer's safety systems, content filters, or these Guidelines — including through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or any other manipulation technique.
  • Users must report violations, misuse of their characters, suspected abuse by other users, or security concerns promptly. See Section 8 for how to report.
  • Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in character suspension or account termination as outlined in our Terms of Service and Section 9 of these Guidelines.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a character, user, or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it using one of the following methods:

  • Report a Character: Navigate to that character's profile page on the AurInfer dashboard and use the Report button. This is the fastest and preferred method for character-specific reports.
  • Email: For general violations, abuse, security concerns, or matters not covered by the in-dashboard report button, contact us at support@aurinfer.com.
  • Discord: Join our community server at discord.gg/aurinfer and raise your concern with our management or moderation team.
  • When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible: the character name, platform, nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, message logs). This helps our team act quickly and accurately.
  • AurInfer Labs aims to acknowledge all reports within a reasonable timeframe. We will not share the identity of reporters with the reported party.
  • Submitting false, malicious, or bad-faith reports is itself a violation of these Guidelines and may result in enforcement action against the reporting account.

9. Enforcement Framework

AurInfer Labs enforces these Guidelines through a tiered framework. The severity of enforcement is proportional to the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation.

Tier 1 — Warning

Issued for first-time or minor violations that do not cause significant harm — such as minor spam, unclear IP usage, or incomplete platform compliance. The user is notified and given an opportunity to correct the behavior.

Tier 2 — Feature Restriction or Character Suspension

Applied for repeated minor violations, moderate violations, or failure to act on a Tier 1 warning. Specific features (e.g., Free Will, DM tools) or specific characters may be suspended while the account remains active.

Tier 3 — Account Suspension

Applied for serious violations, repeated Tier 2 offenses, or behavior that causes harm to other users or the platform. The account is suspended pending review. The user may appeal as described below.

Tier 4 — Permanent Ban

Applied immediately and without prior warning for the most serious violations, including:

  • Any creation, distribution, or facilitation of CSAM
  • Impersonating AurInfer Labs staff or support to deceive users
  • Using AurInfer to conduct or facilitate hacking, malware distribution, or cyberattacks
  • Facilitating or promoting terrorism, genocide, or crimes against humanity
  • Repeated or egregious harassment targeting specific individuals
  • Fraudulent payment activity (as defined in the Terms of Service)

Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action was applied in error may appeal by emailing support@aurinfer.com within 14 days of receiving a suspension or ban notice, as described in the Terms of Service. Permanent bans for Tier 4 offenses are generally not eligible for appeal. AurInfer Labs reviews all appeals in good faith but retains sole discretion over the final outcome.

10. Building Responsibly — Creator Standards

AurInfer Labs is more than a tool — it's a creative platform. The best characters on AurInfer are built thoughtfully, with care for the people who interact with them. We encourage all creators to hold themselves to the following standards:

  • Be Transparent: Design your characters to be honest about what they are and what they do. If your character uses Free Will or autonomous features, consider making that clear to the communities it operates in.
  • Be Original: Build characters with original personalities, voices, and purposes. Avoid wholesale copying of others' characters, system prompts, or creative work.
  • Be Mindful of Vulnerable Users: Consider the range of people who may interact with your character. Configure it to handle sensitive topics — mental health, grief, crisis — with care. Do not build characters that exploit emotional vulnerability.
  • Be a Good Community Member: Your character represents you in every server, platform, and community it operates in. Configure it to be an asset to those communities — not a disruption.
  • Use Autonomous Features Carefully: Free Will, Sentry, and DM outreach are powerful. More autonomy means more responsibility. Review your configuration regularly, monitor your character's behavior, and adjust if it causes unintended effects.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not configure your character to solicit personal information from users, store sensitive details through memory beyond what is needed, or use tools in ways that compromise user privacy.
  • Stay Informed: These Guidelines evolve with the platform. Review them regularly to ensure your characters remain compliant as new features and rules are introduced.

11. AurInfer's Role & Limitations

  • AurInfer Labs provides the tools, infrastructure, and hosting for AI character creation and deployment but assumes no ownership, control, or liability for user-generated characters or their interactions on any platform.
  • We reserve the right to monitor character activity for compliance with these Guidelines and may suspend, modify, or remove characters and creators that violate them — with or without notice, at our discretion.
  • AurInfer maintains automated and human review systems to detect policy violations; however, these systems are not infallible. Users cannot rely on AurInfer's review systems as their sole safeguard — responsibility for compliance rests entirely with the user.
  • No message content, voice data, or interaction data is stored or used to train AI models. Data is discarded post-processing as described in our Privacy Policy
  • AurInfer Labs is not liable for enforcement actions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms (Discord, X, Bluesky, Minecraft) as a result of a user's character behavior on those platforms.
  • We may update these Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in technology, platform features, user feedback, or legal requirements. Updates are posted here and are effective immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review these Guidelines regularly.

1. Purpose & Scope. AurInfer Labs is committed to providing a creative, safe, and inclusive platform for users to develop and interact with AI-powered characters. These Detailed AI Guidelines govern all aspects of character creation, deployment, and use across AurInfer's platform and all connected services — including Discord, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and Minecraft. They complement and incorporate by reference AurInfer's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines in their entirety. These Guidelines may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

2. Acceptable Uses. Users are permitted to create and deploy AI characters for a wide range of purposes — personal enjoyment, community engagement, entertainment, education, creative writing, gaming, storytelling, role-playing, language learning, debate practice, social media management, and autonomous community activity — provided such uses comply with these Guidelines and the rules of all connected platforms. AurInfer's full tool suite (including Web Search, Image Generation, Voice, Memory, Free Will, Sentry, Minecraft integration, and X/Bluesky posting tools) may be used to create capable and feature-rich characters. Users may share characters within the AurInfer community and on connected platforms, subject to intellectual property obligations and platform-specific rules. All use must align with the platform's intended purpose and must not exploit platform resources or infrastructure.

3. Prohibited Uses. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action including permanent ban and referral to law enforcement where applicable. Users must not: (a) use AI characters to harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or cause emotional distress to any individual through offensive, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory language; (b) create, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors in any form — this is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance; (c) use characters for any illegal activity including malware distribution, fraud, phishing, hacking, social engineering, or promotion of violence; (d) impersonate real individuals — including public figures, private persons, AurInfer staff, moderators, or the platform itself — without explicit written consent or AurInfer's approval; (e) generate hate speech or content promoting terrorism, genocide, ethnic cleansing, or crimes against humanity targeting any group, ideology, or political context; (f) generate explicit adult content or pornography in any form; (g) configure characters to encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, substance abuse, or to discourage users from seeking professional mental health support; (h) attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent AurInfer's safety systems or these Guidelines; (i) use characters for coordinated inauthentic behavior, platform manipulation, or spam on any connected platform; (j) use tools to harvest personal data about individuals without their knowledge or consent; or (k) configure characters to sincerely deny being an AI when directly and genuinely asked by a user.

4. Character Creation Standards. Users may create characters with any personality or behavioral style — including challenging, edgy, or unconventional personas — provided they comply with Section 3. Characters inspired by fictional archetypes, historical figures in clearly fictional contexts, or entirely original concepts are welcome. Characters based on real individuals require explicit written consent or AurInfer's express approval; satire and parody of public figures may be permissible where clearly labeled and non-defamatory, but users bear full legal responsibility. Characters based on third-party IP are the user's responsibility from an IP compliance standpoint; AurInfer Labs will respond to valid DMCA complaints as described in the Terms of Service. Experimental and abstract characters are encouraged within ethical limits. Users must not replicate or copy another user's character configuration without authorization.

5. Platform-Specific Conduct. When deploying characters on Discord, users must comply with Discord's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines; spam, raiding, and flooding are prohibited. On X (Twitter), characters must comply with X's Automation Rules and Developer Agreement; coordinated inauthentic behavior, mass automation, and manipulative posting are prohibited. On Bluesky, characters must comply with Bluesky's Community Guidelines and AT Protocol policies; AT Protocol abuse, spam, and feed manipulation are prohibited. On Minecraft, characters must comply with Minecraft's EULA and Microsoft's Terms of Service; griefing, cheating, exploiting, and community disruption are prohibited. As AurInfer expands to additional platforms, users are required to comply with those platforms' terms. AurInfer Labs is not liable for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms against users' characters.

6. Free Will & Autonomous Behavior. Free Will is AurInfer's flagship autonomous behavior system, allowing characters to initiate conversations, react to messages, revive channels, and reach out via DM without being directly prompted. Free Will is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by a server admin. Server admins who enable Free Will bear full responsibility for its configuration and the behavior it produces. Free Will must not be used to: target or repeatedly contact specific individuals against their will; surveil, profile, or collect intelligence on server members; conduct coordinated manipulation or coordinated inauthentic behavior via Multi-Bot Coordination; or send spam, promotional content, phishing messages, or harassing DMs. Admins must configure appropriate rate limits and cooldowns. The Sentry background engine monitors channel activity for real-time contextual decision-making only; no data from these cycles is stored. Server members who do not wish to receive autonomous contact may request the admin to add them to the Ignored Users list or contact AurInfer directly. Admins are strongly encouraged to inform server members when Free Will, Sentry, or autonomous DM outreach is active.

7. Tool-Specific Rules. AurInfer's tool suite must be used in compliance with these Guidelines and applicable laws. Web Search and Web Scraper tools must not be used to harvest personal data or scrape private information. Image Generation must not produce prohibited content including adult material, CSAM, or defamatory imagery. The Administration tool must not be used to abuse server permissions or conduct unauthorized modifications. The DM User tool must only be used for consent-established engagement, not unsolicited contact. The Code Sandbox must not be used to write or execute malicious code, exploits, or abusive scripts. The Message History tool is for contextual understanding only and must not be used to compile surveillance logs. All tools must comply with Section 3 prohibitions and connected platform rules. AurInfer reserves the right to disable tool access for abusive accounts.

8. User Responsibilities. Users are solely and fully responsible for the content, configurations, actions, and interactions of their AI characters on all platforms. Configurations including system prompts, personality instructions, and triggers must be original or properly licensed. Users must comply with all applicable laws. Users must not attempt to circumvent safety systems. Users must report violations promptly using the Report button on the character's dashboard profile page, by emailing support@aurinfer.com, or via the AurInfer Discord server. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these Guidelines.

9. Mental Health & Crisis Safety. AurInfer Labs takes the mental health and safety of users seriously. Characters must not be configured to encourage, normalize, or facilitate self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or substance abuse. Characters must not be designed to discourage users from seeking professional mental health support. If a user appears to be in distress or crisis, characters should not exploit or deepen that distress. AurInfer's systems include safety interventions for crisis-related content, but these are not infallible. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or a crisis support service in your jurisdiction.

10. AI Transparency. In accordance with applicable law including the EU AI Act, AI characters on AurInfer must not sincerely deny being an AI when directly and genuinely asked by a user. Characters may maintain fictional personas, engage in roleplay, and have defined personalities — but must not actively deceive a user about their fundamental nature as an AI system when that user is sincerely seeking to know. This rule exists to protect user trust and comply with emerging AI transparency regulations globally.

11. Intellectual Property. Users are responsible for ensuring their characters and character configurations do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties — including copyrighted characters, trademarked names, proprietary system prompts, or licensed personas. Characters based on real individuals require consent. Characters based on third-party fictional IP are deployed at the user's legal risk. AurInfer Labs will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices as described in the Terms of Service. Users retain ownership of original character content they create, subject to the license granted to AurInfer Labs as described in the Terms of Service.

12. Enforcement. AurInfer Labs enforces these Guidelines through a tiered framework: Tier 1 (Warning) for minor or first-time violations; Tier 2 (Feature Restriction or Character Suspension) for repeated or moderate violations; Tier 3 (Account Suspension) for serious violations; and Tier 4 (Permanent Ban) for the most severe violations including CSAM, staff impersonation, hacking, facilitating terrorism or genocide, egregious harassment, and fraudulent payment activity. Permanent bans are generally not eligible for appeal. Users subject to Tier 1–3 enforcement may submit an appeal to support@aurinfer.com within 14 days of the enforcement notice. AurInfer Labs reviews all appeals in good faith but retains sole discretion over outcomes. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

13. AurInfer's Role & Limitations. AurInfer Labs provides tools and hosting infrastructure but assumes no ownership, control, or liability for user-generated characters or their interactions. We maintain automated and human review systems for compliance, but these are not infallible and users cannot rely on them as their sole safeguard — responsibility rests with the user. AurInfer is not liable for third-party platform enforcement actions against users' characters. No message content or voice data is stored or used for AI training, as described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. These Guidelines may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Contact & Reporting. To report a character, use the Report button on the character's AurInfer dashboard profile page. For all other concerns, violations, appeals, or support inquiries, contact support@aurinfer.com or join our Discord at discord.gg/CmAHvJhAha. AurInfer Labs is committed to maintaining a safe, creative, and responsible AI platform for all users.
